Love love loved it!

Beautiful views of majestic mountains and waterfalls right from the living room. Beautifully renovated and furnished modern style house. Very clean with organic plant-based soaps. Loved the large rain shower in the primary bathroom but the toilet freaked me out as it was too smart for me with too many bells and whistles. Only complaint is the cameras outside by the entry and the decks. Felt a bit too intrusive!

Tropical oasis

This house is amazing. Has all the amenities needed for cooking in and hitting the beach. The beds are incredibly comfortable, making this stay a total win! You can walk to Privceville market within a few minutes to grab groceries, gifts and food. You can also walk to Anini beach easily.

Wonderful Retreat
This was our fourth trip to Kauai, first in February, so we weren't sure what to expect staying in Princeville.
The house was very nice, clean, and comfortable and there were several small details that showed an effort was made to accommodate the needs of guests/travelers.
On a few days when it was cloudy or rainy in the morning, we headed south where it was sunnier. There was still lots to see and do on the north side of the island - Kilauea Lighthouse, Limahuli Garden, browsing in Hanalei, and checking out the beaches, though at this time of the year they were not as calm for swimming or snorkeling as Poipu or Lawai.
There was a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness at this beautiful home, so we tried very hard to take care of it as if our own.
The main three suggestions I would make would be to have blinds in the bedrooms to help block out the bright sun in the morning - we were up late the first night and wanted to sleep in a bit - to emphasize using the Hospitality app while there for things like when to put out the trash on the curb, and making the TV more user friendly. Our streaming app wasn't on the smart TV so we were limited in how to use it.
Overall, even in winter, this is a delightful place to stay in and great to come back to after a fun day on the island.

Paradise!
This house was beautiful inside and the views we had from the patio were out of this world. It was clean, well-stocked with all of the cookware you'd need, in an awesome location, and a wonderful place for a vacation!

Beautiful clean and modern home.

Great value for money. Large and modern home with all necessary facilities in a safe neighborhood. Great for runners as there’s a 3.5 kms path that takes you to 2 beautiful beaches. Management is accommodating and responsive.
